Project Summary:  For some time, I’ve been wanting to create an immersive and interactive experience with living flora. I took a risk and tried something new. The result was a collaboration project between us and the earth. ‘Symbiosis’ combines the use of multiple technologies such as @Playtronica, @ableton for audio connection, and @resolume for digital projections. Touching these plants triggers electric signals which get captured, converted between multiple tools. Visual designs are then created and projected. Is this case, projected on a wall of vines on the back of DaDaLab building. The concept came from the simple yet profound principle that we are all connected. Not only us as humans but with the living, breathing flora that provide so much. Concepts that I am continuing to explore and study.
